Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 12, 2026

SendSignal is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Measures Taken

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML — We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark elements, and ARIA attributes throughout the application.
  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Skip-to-content links are provided on every page.
  • Color contrast — Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios. The application supports both light and dark themes.
  • Responsive design — The interface adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.
  • Form accessibility — Form inputs include associated labels and descriptive error messages.
  • Automated testing — We use axe-core automated accessibility testing as part of our development process.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • AI-generated briefing content may not always follow optimal heading structure, as it is dynamically created.
  • Some third-party components (e.g., Stripe checkout) are outside our direct control but are maintained by vendors committed to accessibility.
